I think we'll see 4-6" additional from now thru Monday afternoonon top of the 7" + I have now so my foot call IMHO is looking money! Still pounding down out there! 23 degrees.
Radar shows the back edge of this wave of action in Western IN. A brief break over S ILL with the dry slot but the deform snows have moved back into the STL Metro and that is for us tomorrow and its a nice area of snow coverage most of the state of MO. Should be a light to mod fluffy snow wind driven too.

About an inch and a half now. Really starting to come down now. This will be the I-70's time to get accumulations. I think 6 inches is doable in spots around I-70 going by radar. We won't have the 8-12 you guys are getting, but I'm liking what I'm seeing on the short range models and radar for right along I-70.
Are you looking at the hrrr?
Yes. The HRRR has I-70 on the northern fringe of the deform band tomorrow. If that happens I think 6 is doable. Even the short range Canadian has come around to I-70 being the cut off for the 6 inch snows. We'll see what happens. I think spots along I-70 will see 6 inches. Probably not more than that.
Ok just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing a model. But, I will say the hrrr has been wrong for the cmh area since the beginning. IMO of course.
Yeah. I'm talking I-70 in Western Ohio. Honestly, being in Western Ohio I don't look too closely at central Ohio.
No worries. Started lightly snowing at 9. Looked out a couple of minutes ago to see this. Lol

Ok guys... we're about at the half for the game here so I am going to hit the hay and watch some more of it and probably fall asleep. I'll be back on the forum from the bedroom when I am working early in the morning and we'll cover the deform band then!
I seriously doubt we get much more tomorrow, the backend of these storms always promises and never really delivers. I'll take what we got and be happy with more if it happens. Sleet will compact the snow so accurate total measurements will be harder to find.
Very impressive storm. We have little over an inch and working on another inch. Nice heavy snow band which is impressive. We’re going to end up in the 2-4 range (which is more than I thought we were going to get). Lake effect on top of that once the 850 low passes to our south.
quite a fetch of moisture still gonna come through the area. most of you will probably see snow for most of the day yet before it all pulls away to the east
Good morning all! 8.4" officially at CVG and I'd have to put myself in that 8-9" range too. Looking for 2-4" on the backside today so the foot call still well within range. 0.73" QPF at CVG so far. 21 degrees currently.
The deformation band should slide in here later this morning and be wrapped up by later this afternoon. 1004 MB low is going thru the Cumberland Gap and right into S WV as the morning wears on. Perfect! Upper low is still well intact across Western IN.
