As of 6:00pm. only .10". Geez, I was certainly hoping for more. Hopefully the low pressure produces this evening.

Hopefully the Dayton - Columbus get hit over the next 2-4 hours. Radar shows rain moving into the Dayton area in the next few minutes.

Just looking at totals from the Ohio Valley and Columbus so far has very little rain to speak of but hopefully the next 2 hours will help. Louisville seems to be the lowest this go around with under 1/4 inch. I have not checked but at least 1 inch of rain and probably closer 1 1/2. Everything is starting to look nice with that bright shade of green. The cooler air the next day or two will help so much and hopefully we get hit with another round next weekend but we are getting close to that time of year where these kind of rain events are few and far between.

I'm getting notifications from work about a tornado warning. Does anyone know of a tornado warning?

Good Morning and a nice event for most folks and I ended up with 1.21. Heading to Greenville for one last time on Wednesday and they got nearly 4 inches of rain and that has been the theme for the past 4 years with rainfall averaging 20p/c above average. The airport was even closed overnight as lightning struck the runway.

Glad you finally got some rain yesterday. That last round was able to make it to the Columbus area. Another chance on Tuesday and you may get another 1/4 inch or so but folks to the south may just see clouds and a sprinkle. Later this week more rain in the Ohio and Tn valley but exactly where the heaviest rain falls is up in the air and no pun intended.

Tim , another chapter ending and a new one beginning ,wishing another successful endeavor.

Had 1.00” here , was getting shut out until the evening round, thank goodness that cropped up. Nam picked up first on some of those higher corridors of qpf so kudos to it

Thanks Bgoney, another chapter in the book of life is over and lets see what exciting chapters remain. Glad that most folks got a decent amount of rain though someone probably got the shaft but overall most folks did well. This June somewhat different than the last several where we had plenty of rainfall and temps that averaged above normal because of the overnight lows. Yes we are still above normal at the moment but that was because of the first few days of the month when we hit 90 plus. After this week we should be just about normal for the month but still 2.5 degrees above average for the year.

It was a welcome sight in the rain gauge this morning that is for sure. Had some drizzle early on then the sun broke out this afternoon.

We are expecting rain tomorrow and winds to 25 out of the SW. Going to try and get out there and stay within a couple miles of shore.

Wherever that fetch does the pivot is going to get some decent rains . Maybe half to an inch, it’s not very wide so either side of it will get very little
