Tweeted by the NWS to show the significance of the incoming cold air. This shows all of the times that the wind chill has been -30 or lower.

Says 3 to 4 inches in Cincinnati but later in the video says 3 to 6 for Cincinnati. Also said Dayton will be close to blizzard. Time will tell....
