Why is weather underground saying my temp is 23.5 and the weather channel is saying 34. Which one is right?

Never seen the temperature drop like this in my life. 20 degree difference in an hour.

18z Euro still giving us 8 to 10!

RAP and HRRR still giving us a solid 6 to 9 inches each run!

GFS continues to be a thing of beauty. Has consistently been for the last 24 hours.

18z NAM may be coming around to agree with what the other models are showing.

With the exception of the NAM looks like every other model is predicting 4 to 10 from Cincy to Dayton, seems like the heaviest banding is setting up between 75 and 71 from just south of the river to I-70.

NAM showing 86 inches somewhere near Buffalo whoa.

GFS still continues to hammer us!

It's clear the NWS is using the NAM numbers.

Is there a way to verify which model is handling this correctly so far?

That NAM run this morning was a soul crusher. But Euro and GFS still hammer our area!

The latest Euro, GFS and NAM all giving me at least 7 inches. At this point in the game, I will take that and run with it!

Would suck to live in that donut hole if that verified....

Oh damn I was using PIvitol Weather trying to read the amounts but just looked at NAM on Nexlab and has 7.8 for my hood!

Low is strengthening and moving more East then North which is good. Now it's crawling thru SE Michigan. Oh man, I really like what we're seeing here! Tremendous lift from a powerful jet streak rounding the base of the trough and roaring thru SKY. A perfect spot for heavy snow in the entire AV area....
