My brother said he got 2.85" in his guage in Loveland.

He have about 2.25" on the deck out back here in Eastgate with moderate snow still falling.

Starting to snow up in Fairfield.

Measured very close to 5" of snow at the house here in Eastgate so far.

After a 30-45 minute lull in the action larger flakes are starting to mix back in here in the Eastgate area.

BTW where is Woolyworm? I haven't seen an update from the woodpile.

Noticed a change in flake size in the past 15 minutes or so here in Eastgate. Definitely larger & more numerous.

On a side note please be sure to fill your bird feeders today as the forecasted snow & cold next week will keep them from getting to any decent food source on the ground.

Hey look the storms are sliding south & west of us. That hasn't happened all summer.

A line of showers and t-storms continues to work its way across Central IN. Should it hold together, we should get wet after 11am this morning. Then we'll see how that impacts any future development.

This is already going to be an impactful storm! IF the GFS amounts are realized, and that's a big if, it will be a crippling event due to blowing and drifting snow since there will be more of it for the wind to blow around.
